Emotional Regulation for ages 4-7:
Name and Understand Feelings, Learn Basic Coping Tools, & Manage Big Emotions
RSVP: admin@arisegnv.com or 352-513-8551
This therapy group is a supportive space for queer adults who want to explore who they are beyond labels, while still honoring the role their queer identity plays in their lives. Together, we’ll gently examine patterns in relationships, emotions, boundaries, and self-understanding in a way that feels curious, compassionate, and grounded in real-time connection.
Through real, meaningful conversation and shared reflection, this process-based therapy group focuses on how we relate to ourselves and others in the present moment. Members often gain insight into relationship patterns, emotional experiences, boundaries, and self-expression, while feeling less alone in the process.
This group can be a great fit if:
You’re curious about therapy and want a gentle, supportive introduction
You’re already in individual therapy and want something that goes deeper or feels more relational
You’re seeking connection, growth, and authenticity in a queer-affirming space
You don’t need to have everything figured out or even know exactly what you want to work on. Just a willingness to show up, reflect, and engage is enough.
All queer identities are welcome. This is a space to practice being real, connected, and fully yourself.
This group will meet for 6 weeks on Tuesdays beginning 1/20/26.
